The Omron Walking Style One tracks your workouts with steps, distance, time, calories and fat volume you burned during walking.
It features a dual display function that can show both the time and the number of steps simultaneously. The memory function can store and show the data from the previous seven days
Besides being a regular step counter, the Omron Walking style One also features an aerobic step counter, which counts the number of steady steps. Steady or aerobic steps are the physical exercise that helps us stay healthy. Aerobic steps are counted separately when walking more than 60 steps per minute and more than 10 minutes continuously. If a rest of less than 1minute is taken after a continuous walk of more than 10 minutes, this will be regarded as part of "continuous walk".

Great value and accurate also

Thanks for great service, ordered and got the product the next day. Used the HJ152 for a week now and is so much better than the previous pedometer I was given, at this price I have got a great value product and all the motivation to do my 10,000 steps a day.

Omron's HJ152 is cool and accurate

I have used a hole host of pedometers over the years. I liked Omron's HJ113 pedometer, but now I have used the latest Omron product the HJ152, I am really impressed.
With accelerometer technology it is accurate, but easy to use, unobtrusive, and provides me with the instant information I want, but also monitors calories, steps over sevral days.
Good Omron pedometer - well-done.
