Dispatch & Delivery FAQs

Operational Guidelines

We hold large quantities of stock, usually sufficient to dispatch most items from stock each day.

If you are purchasing via our online ordering systems we will usually charge your credit/debit card at the time of the transaction, we always endeavour to despatch as per your delivery instructions. If you purchase via telephone we will only charge your credit / debit card when the goods are ready for dispatch.

 

Delivery Information

  • UK Mainland Delivery

    We aim that you should expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days from the date your order was placed. This means that your order will usually be dispatched the next working day from the date your order was placed, however dispatch may occasionally take longer during busy periods.

    We ship using Royal Mail's recorded delivery 'signed for' services and independent courier 'signed for' services.

    Delivery costs can be calculated by clicking View Cart and then on Calculate Shipping & Handling above your cart subtotal. They are also shown on the checkout confirmation page before you are requested to provide payment details.

 

         Northern Ireland/Offshore Islands/Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur an additional delivery  charge; we will contact you in these circumstances.   


         Urgent delivery is usually available upon request and will incur an increased delivery cost. Please contact us on 0800 328 6512.

 

  • International and European Delivery

     

     International and European orders are dispatched via independent courier 'signed for' services.

    Delivery costs can be calculated by clicking View Cart and then on Calculate Shipping & Handling above your cart subtotal. They are also shown on the checkout confirmation page before you are requested to provide payment details.

Stock Notice

Josmarc is constantly updated to keep pace with changes in our stock, however demand is high and we occasionally run out of popular items.

If we have run out of stock and cannot despatch your order the next working day, we will email or phone you with a revised dispatch date. You can then choose to either accept the revised delivery date or alternatively you may cancel the order.
