We consider the wrist to be part of our real estate. For that reason, we have selected Timex as one of our key focus brands. Timex have an unrivalled pedigree of innovation in watch functionality and design and Josmarc is at the leading-edge of bringing these products with innovation and stylish design to the attention of you - the end user (we hope!).

We've put far too much time and effort into our business for us to allow you to be dissatisfied with Josmarc. Our objective is for you to be completely satisfied. If you're not, let us know and we'll sort it out.

• In order to help you make the best possible product purchasing decisions for your needs, we offer a freephone pre-sales service between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
• We are a UK-based company, subject to UK consumer law, so dealing with Josmarc is completely safe.
• We aim to dispatch your order so you will have it when we say you will.
• Josmarc is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers.
• We offer full Warranty Support and Technical User Support on all items - please contact us if you have a warranty problem. All goods supplied by Josmarc are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty.
• We will do our best to sort out any problem with your order. If you have any problems with an order from Josmarc we'll tell you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem.
• We offer full Technical User Support, plus practical advice on the use of products purchased from us - email us or phone Technical Support on 01978 729943.
• We will only charge your credit/switch card when your goods are ready to be dispatched - we understand this is your right under UK law. In the extremely rare circumstances where your card has been charged and we are unable to dispatch we will contact you to confirm how you wish to proceed.
• We do not share your contact details with anyone else. All of your details are treated as strictly confidential.
• If you have any problems please contact our Customer Services Department on our freephone 0800 328 6512. The customer services department is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
• If you do have a complaint about our products or services that has not been resolved by our Customer Services Department to you satisfaction please contact our CEO (Mr Steve Raven) - he or a fellow director will endeavour to respond to all written complaints within five working days.
